Our Dynamic pricing is fueled by the high powered algorithm at Beyond Pricing. Noise detection, party prevention brought to you by Noiseware, Insurance including damage protection, trip insurance, and H06 policies by Rental Guardian. We also work with many more partners like Virtual Concierge, a full smart home suite by Rently Keyless including locks, thermostats, security and more. Our guests are thoroughly screened through Evident ID.

Accounting

PMI’s dedicated accounting department provides professional bookkeeping and accounting for each property and property manager using PMI Park City's' financial practices. Management fees, booking fees, bill pay, and owner draws, and taxes are all included services. Property owners are kept updated of all financial activity in the form of accessible statements via the Streamline mobile Owner app that makes it easy to see how your property is performing.

This allows our managers to focus on the important things like interacting with guests and not getting bogged down by month end duties. We know that a calm, cool and collected manager is the best partner you can have to be your boots on the ground so PMI corporate supports the managers with the accounting so they don't have to.
